When it comes to Churches, i don’t usually think of humor as a part of their role so it made this photo all the more interesting. Witty eh!

I like this shot. Its of Salamanca place in Hobart which is normally a busy place to visit but when i took this shot, hardly a person to be seen anywhere. Makes a nice contrast!

Prompted by an article in the local paper reporting that the catchment level had reached 10% of capacity, i visited the Craig Borne Dam in the Coal River Valley north East of Hobart. What i saw was pretty drastic with a huge shoreline where the water usually was and a boat ramp high and dry. [...]

This shot proved to be quite a popular one and i quite like it. It was just pure chance that i was in the position to be able to take the shot having left work early to pick up my vehicle from being serviced and had the opportunity to take the photo.

My photo for the daily photoblogs entry theme “Numbers” worked out well don’t you think. I liked the focus more than anything and the fact that it looks like the post boxes just go on forever
