Save a bundle

You can never under estimate the benefit of reading reviews. Take for example when i bought my new desktop computer, i made sure i read a heap of processor reviews to make sure that when i bought the computer, it would have the right processor for what i wanted to do.

Now i know it sounds like hard work but by reading the processor reviews it meant that while i think i know a fair bit about computers, it doesn’t mean that is really the case and it takes the guesswork out of what can be an expensive purchase. So by reading the processor reviews i could potentially have saved myself a bundle. Got to be happy with that!

Really not dead

I know i keep saying it but its true. This blog really isn’t dead yet but with all the other stuff i have been going on it coul be described as more than a little neglected to say the least. Hopefully that will be changing very soon indeed!

Beware the credit cards

Credit cards. My opinion? Easy! The average credit card is evil and they suck big time. And that is despite the fact that I have several myself. The reason being that they are so easy to get and use that it can feel like a game without thinking about the consequences of your action. And the other reason they are evil, because it is so very easy to get yourself into debt but when you want to get back out of debt it can be one hell of a battle.

So saying, not all are bad. If you can make good use of 0% credit cards and 0% balance transfers then they can be a valuable tool but remember if you start having to pay interest on your money then its likely they have started to be a problem. Dont let it grow.

Not Dead Yet

No this blog isn’t one of those dead blogs that you see and always wonder what happened to the author.

I just wanted to step back and take a brak from blogging much for a while so while my main blog kept going, the rest of these got the chance to have a bit of a break. In the end it went on longer than i expected but it was what was needed. I feel blog refreshed and you will see more updates here in the future

Now thats a strong Curry

I was just reading this news report

BRITISH Airways has banned cabin crew from microwaving their own food after a curry exploded at 10,668m, causing around $48,000 of damage to an aircraft.

A fire extinguisher was used to tackle the blaze on April 30 on a Heathrow to Miami flight, when the high-powered microwave ignited a ready meal that a stewardess had bought from a supermarket.

“The fire lasted only a couple of seconds,” said a BA spokesman.

“As a precaution a specialist extinguisher was used in the microwave.

“However, at no time was there any danger to passengers or the aircraft.”

New Blog

I am excited to announce that my latest blog is off the ground. It took off a little quicker than i expected with a link in from an outside blog but luckily i can type fast and had most of my first posts written already!

So whats it about

Personal Blog Income is designed to fill the relative void of how a personal blogger can make money blogging. You may never be able to quit your day job but there is no reason that you can’t make your blogging a part time job. Most months i make in excess of a thousand dollars from on my personal blogs and that figure is only rising every month.

This blog is intended as an extension of my blogging and will show personal bloggers like myself how to make money. Its never going to cost you and how much you decide to do is up to you

So thats it, Personal Blog Income is now live and i am looking forward to the new challenges it will bring

Last of the wild saturday nights

Tax time cometh

There is nothing worse than tax season. Unlike christmas it just brings a lot of stress and worry to everyone concerned and can present its own version of horror movies. In short Tax debt is no fun for anyone concerned.

The good news is that there are some things that you can do and most important of all is to acquire knowledge because knowledge is power. You can find out all sorts of interesting information including tax debt reduction to take some of the pain out of taxes.

Good luck with those taxes
