Student loan consolidation programs

Speaking from experience there is nothing worse than having debt hanging over your head. Its depressing and it can be hard to ever get ahead and this can be especially true of student loans. Finally out of school making money and your paying back the loans instead of having the chance to reward yourself. One option is to Consolidate student loans which can both make the loans more managable and also let you enjoy those first pay checks some more. They can also provide a lower interest rate which means your paying the loan off faster because your paying less interest. And that has to be a good thing

Payday Cash Advance Loans

I have been given the chance to discuss Payday Cash Advance Loans and the trends. My opinion is that while they do perform a necessary service providing loans for emergency reasons, it can foster an endless cycle of borrowing before payday and paying it back only to havethe potential for it to become a cycle.

Its interesting to read that my thoughts are confirmed by an article Payday Loans: Have Borrowers Become Addicted? In which it discusses how quick and easy it is to get approved for a loan and that borrowers dont take into account the interest rate with some loans having a staggering APR of over 5000%. Where the borrower can not repay the whole amount they can be offered extensions which as well as the interest charge also often carries hefty penalty fees.

But at the end of the day despite the negatives I see the trend of Payday loan companies to continue. Its obviously a case of supply and demand and as long as the demand is there together with what I expect is considerable profit to be made then I see the trend continuing failing government regulation.

Bad Habits with the DVD recorder

I got a confession to make, its deep and its dark and i am more than a liuttle ashamed to admit this but when it comes to the whole recording tv shows and watching them later, I am crap. I record all these tv programs and i never get around to catching up. They just sit on the recorder hard drive and never get watched. Its now reached crisis point as i had to sit down and catch up with several tv shows just to record the next shows. Its a vicious circle let me tell you!

Atlantis Was a Real Place

Was Atlanis just a legend of something that never was or was it real. Dennis Brooks is presenting solid evidence that Atlantis Was a Real Place and not only that, that it was the Americas. Visiting his website AtlantisKingdom, there is a considerable amount of evidence presented as well as answering many of the questions that have until now gone unanswered. I found it interesting to sit and read some of the details presented including the history of where the story came from and it even answers some of the questions of from did Atlantis sink to some of the teachings of Plato in Ancient Greece.

You can read more in the press release about the website

Atlantis Was a Real Place, the Americas

Recent discovery: The kingdom of Atlantis included North, South, and Central America, which was divided into ten countries or kingdoms, and each country had its own King. One of the countries was also called Atlantis, which had a royal city called Atlantis. Near the royal city was a small rectangular island called Atlantis. The King of Atlantis was the ruler over the other nine Kingdoms. The first ruler of the Kingdom was called Atlas, and the continent, country, city, and island were all named after him. That is why Atlantis is sometimes referred to as a continent, a city, or an island.

Originally, three different moats surrounded the royal palace. Plato referred to the moat formation as three zones of water and two zones of land. As time went by they covered over the moats and cut three canals through the peninsula on which the royal palace was located. The construction of the canals divided the peninsula and formed two triangular islands. The island of Atlantis held the royal palace.

I have matched the terrain features that Plato wrote about with present terrain features found in the Tampa Bay area. Plato described Harbour Island as the small island of Atlantis. You will find that Plato recorded and published the story just as it was told. He even recorded the discussions leading up to the story. In reading his dialogue, you will notice several obvious mistakes made in translating the story from Egyptian to Greek and from Greek to English. The biggest mistake occurred when travelers came upon a shoal of mud and thought it was left over from the sunken island. They were wrong. The Americas did not sink. Neither did Atlantis.

You are invited to review the facts and see for yourself that the Americas, from South America to Alaska were once the great kingdom of Atlantis, a single nation. The land formations of the royal city are still laid out the same as they were over 11,000 years ago. They are best viewed from the air. See Tampa FL.

Read the short version of Plato’s story at http://www.atlantiskingdom.com/ to learn more about Atlantis and the Americas. Then read Atlantis Conspiracy to get the complete story.

Spiderman 3

In my present life of leisure i managed to catch Spiderman 3 at the movies and while i am not motivated enough to be bothered posting a full review, i will say this. It was ok although to be honest i found it especially corny and at times the acting was … meh.

But i will say this, Kirsten Dunst is Hawt as a red head. I said it after the first spiderman, again after the second and i confirm that again after having seen Spiderman 3.
